Dear Members, We had a great February meeting thanks to Chef Quasha on attending & reviewing the Southeastern Conference in Louisville. He also did a great presentation on his experience at the London Olympics this past summer. We had a chance to discuss the Chef's on the Shoe event coming this April 15th which ACFMC will be sponsoring tables to raise money for the Jules Pernell memorial scholarship fund. This will be a great way to showcase the ACFMC & promote CIC while raising money for future USC graduates. Hard copy certificates will be handed out at the end of each meeting to record CEH points. Our next meeting will be May 6th at the McCutchen House. We are very excited with the opportunities that the future holds and would like to follow the efforts and success of our past president and move forward with a focus on education and certification of our members and Chef and Child events. The ACF Midland Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. We have monthly meetings, periodic competitions and training to enrich our members profession. Our members are a mix across all sectors of business.
